Senior captain Alex Rigsby was honored as a 2014 CCM Division I Women’s Ice Hockey First-Team All-American Friday night at the Frozen Four awards banquet in Hamden, Conn.

Last Saturday's NCAA quarterfinal win over Harvard was Rigsby's 100th career win, making her the third player in NCAA history to top the century mark and tying her for second all-time in career wins.

She is third in the nation in goals-against average with 1.17 and her save percentage of .950 is second. Her seven shutouts this year also rank fourth in the country.

Rigsby was named to the second team during her junior season.
