Conor Sheehy joins Arrowhead's (Hartland, Wis.) Billy Hirschfeld and Wayne County's (Jesup, Ga.) Jeremy Patterson as this year's class of defensive linemen recruits. He'll help replenish a defensive line losing key seniors Tyler Dippel, Beau Allen, Ethan Hemer and Pat Muldoon from its rotation. Being 6'4 and 270 pounds, Sheehy has the size and frame to add strength throughout his career at Wisconsin.

Sheehy committed to Wisconsin during his junior season in 2012 after posting 80 tackles and 6 sacks his sophomore year. Per ESPN's recruiting website, he received offers from Michigan State and Michigan. Cornerbacks coach and recruiting guru Ben Strickland primarily is credited with landing Sheehy.
