This sounds pretty awesome. Former Wisconsin star and the school's only Hobey Baker winner, Blake Geoffrion, along with ESPN's John Buccigross, are coming to Madison next week to announce Friday's game vs. Penn State on ESPNEWS.

The night before the game, Bucci and Geoffrion are going to meet with fans at the Nitty Gritty to take pictures, sign autographs and talk college hockey.

Press release from ESPN:

Fans are invited to come meet ESPN's college hockey play-by-play commentator John Buccigross and former Wisconsin hockey standout, 2010 Hobey Baker Award winner and ESPN's newest college hockey analyst Blake Geoffrion on Thursday, Dec. 4 (7 p.m. central time) at The Nitty Gritty in Madison, Wis.

Buccigross and Geoffrion will be available for pictures, autographs and, of course, #CawlidgeHawkey talk. There will be a fun, question and answer session with both Buccigross and Geoffrion. Light appetizers will be provided and the full Nitty Gritty menu will be available for purchase.

Buccigross and Geoffrion will then call the Penn State at Wisconsin game on Friday, Dec. 5, at 9 p.m. ET/8 p.m. CT. on ESPNEWS. It will be Geoffrion's first game as an ESPN analyst.

I don't know Buccigross personally, but he loves talking about college hockey. I've spoken with Blake a few different times and he's the best. I sincerely recommend coming out to the Nitty Gritty next Thursday to break it down with these two beauties.
