Big Ten hockey media day is Thursday -- which, I will be attending by the way -- and the league is sending out tweets from the @B1GHockey account in anticipation of the event scheduled for the Xcel Energy Center in St. Paul.
One interesting picture the league sent out Wednesday was an image of the new Big Ten tournament trophy.

With "2014" inscribed on the base of the cup, it appears the league will hand out a new trophy every season, as opposed to a traveling-type trophy.
To be honest, it doesn't look terrible. It is, however, incredibly generic.
If you need a refresher on what the regular-season trophy will look like this year, here is a picture of all six Big Ten head coaches posing with the new trophy.
