According to a report from the Columbus Dispatch's Aaron Portzline, the Columbus Blue Jackets have recalled former Wisconsin defenseman Cody Goloubef to the National Hockey League.
#CBJ will recall D Cody Goloubef shortly. Looks like D John Moore is either questionable or already out for Tuesday vs. #LAKings.

Goloubef played three seasons at Wisconsin, which culminated to a trip to the NCAA title game in 2010. Goloubef signed a three-year entry level contract with the Blue Jackets after the season.
Goloubef was originally selected by the Columbus Blue Jackets in the 2nd round (37th overall) of the 2008 NHL Draft. The Missisauga, ON, native made his NHL debut last season with Columbus, playing in one game for the Blue Jackets in St. Louis vs the Blues. Goloubef was +1 in the game, playing six minutes.
A third-year pro, Goloubef has spent most of the past two-and-a-half seasons in the American Hockey League with the Springfield Falcons. So far this season, Goloubef has notched four goals and six assists for 10 points in 21 games while going +9.
Goloubef missed 22 games earlier this season when he broke his wrist while being slashed. Goloubef returned to action on Jan. 11th, and has recorded eight of his 10 points since returning from the injury.
If Goloubef makes the Blue Jackets' lineup while he's in Columbus, he'll be the 18th former Badger to see action in the NHL this season. Last year, 22 former Badgers skated in the National Hockey League.
