Former Wisconsin Badgers safety John Torchio has found his first NFL destination, joining the New York Jets on a minicamp invite, according to Dave Heller.

Should the Jets not sign him during the tryout, Torchio also has a tryout with the Tennessee Titans, providing him another chance at an NFL roster spot.
Torchio was a ballhawk for the Badgers, accumulating five interceptions in 2022 to go with six pass-breakups and 56 tackles.
Torchio isn’t the only defensive back heading to New York, as both Jay Shaw and Justin Clark earned invites to minicamp with the New York Giants.
