The Wisconsin Badgers are not done yet.

2024 four-star defensive lineman Ernest Willor has committed to the Badgers, choosing Wisconsin over his hometown school, the Maryland Terrapins.

The top uncommitted recruit on the ESPN300 at No. 68, Willor becomes the third defensive line recruit to commit to the Badgers’ 2024 class, joining Dillan Johnson and Hank Weber.

Willor was a late addition for the Badgers, who hosted the defensive lineman on an official visit during the first weekend of December.

In a recruiting battle between Ohio State and Maryland, Wisconsin jumped out on top when the former backed out, and ultimately become the lone school between the duo to host Willor on a visit.

Upon committing to Wisconsin, Willor cited his strong relationship with defensive line coach Greg Scruggs as a vital part of his decision.

Willor is a top-five defensive line recruit of all time for Wisconsin, and possesses potential inside/outside versatility along the defensive line.

Should he remain around the same weight, Willor could slide in as a five-tech and play defensive end, but should he bulk up, the Maryland prospect could eventually move to the interior.

With Willor in the fold, the Badgers are up to 21 commitments in their 2024 class and could be adding even more with 2024 three-star tight end Rob Booker’s announcement on the horizon later today.
