As the transfer portal has kicked off, the Wisconsin Badgers are starting to get a few commitments coming their way, having hosted a few weekends of official visits now.
As news continues to come, I’ll publish articles as I have about the transfer portal commits, but will continue to update this thread with the latest on who has announced their commitments to Wisconsin.
The Badgers have secured a commitment from Michigan State wideout Tyrell Henry, he announced on Friday.
A redshirt freshman, Henry caught 24 passes for 195 yards and three touchdowns in 2023, while serving as Michigan State’s kick and punt returner.
The Badgers have secured a commitment from Miami quarterback Tyler Van Dyke, he announced on Tuesday.
A graduate transfer, Van Dyke was a multi-year starter with the Hurricanes that will have one year of remaining eligibility.
The Badgers have secured a commitment from William & Mary outside linebacker John Pius, he announced on Monday.
A graduate transfer, Pius was an FCS All-American in 2022 and has recorded 19.5 sacks over the past two seasons.
The Badgers have secured a commitment from Cincinnati long snapper Cayson Pfeiffer, he announced on Monday.
A graduate transfer, Pfeiffer has 49 games of experience on his resume, and will join Wisconsin on scholarship.
The Badgers have secured a second commitment from Syracuse transfer outside linebacker Leon Lowery, who had de-committed just 24 hours after his initial announcement.
Lowery had accumulated 2.5 sacks in 2023, and will now contribute to an outside linebacker rotation that will lose starter C.J. Goetz.
