Angry about the pace of Wisconsin's coaching search? You might not want to read any further.
Per Adam Hoge of CBSChicago.com (and B5Q founder), Notre Dame defensive coordinator Bob Diaco has not been contacted by Wisconsin regarding its head coaching vacancy. Diaco's name has been commonly linked to the position, and he has seemingly become popular among Wisconsin's fan base.
Notre Dame DC Bob Diaco just told me he has not heard from Wisconsin about its head coaching vacancy. #Badgers #Irish

Granted, that does not mean Diaco won't ever be contacted by UW Director of Athletics Barry Alvarez. It does, however, bring his candidacy into question considering Alvarez said on Sunday that after feeling good about his "due diligence" in the coaching search, he has one more candidate to speak with.
"I have one more to visit with and then we'll sit down and decide on the best person," Alvarez said. "I feel good about the candidates we've interviewed."
Unless Diaco is just completely obscuring interest from Wisconsin, you'd imagine he'd have been contacted about an interview if Alvarez had plans to speak with him this week. But again, with the airtight control Alvarez has kept over this coaching search -- no leaks, a la Arkansas and Tennessee -- the search could take a completely unforeseen direction when it's wrapped up.
For a bonus, here's another possible name that CoachingSearch.com mentions (not reports, mind you): Craig Bohl, head of the FCS National Championship-bound North Dakota State Bison.
