A bit shorter than an ideal college small forward, Iverson is nonetheless a very powerful wing player who brings good passing skills as well. According to Ohio scout Zach Fleer, Iverson has a 40-inch vertical leap and a 6'10 wing span. After impressing at Wisconsin's elite camp, both UW and Indiana tracked Iverson throughout July. Penn State was the first major program to offer a scholarship when he visited State College in June.

Indiana was in to see Iverson last fall as a point guard prospect, since Iverson has been handling the ball for Hayes more this season. Tennessee is showing interest as well. Bo Ryan showed up to watch Iverson the first week of February and one day after Iverson did this in a close loss to New Albany, Wisconsin extended an official offer. And his older brother Kevin was hyped. The interest got Ohio State to perk up -- Khalil visited Columbus on Feb. 11, after taking an official visit to Tennessee Jan. 24 -- though the Buckeyes have a full class hemmed up already in 2015. Iverson's official visit to Madison has been tentatively scheduled for the weekend of Feb. 20 but that didn't stop three-fourths of the coaching staff from visiting him at school right after his OSU stop and squeezing a commitment out of him.
