Offensive lineman Matt Miller, cornerback Jakarrie Washington, running back Corey Clement, and wide receiver Rob Wheelwright were the first wave of prospects to officially become Badgers on National Signing Day. Their signed National Letters of Intent came in very early as recruits are allowed to sign at 7 a.m. local time.
