Podcast: Kielbasa Kings talk Big Ten Tournament, NFL free agency

We look at conference tournament time for UW and the Big Ten, along with other Wisconsin-based team's chances.

Geoff Burke-USA TODAY Sports

Hello all!

We start off with college basketball talk (as the Badgers were still in the midst of playing Nebraska Sunday night). Which Wisconsin-based teams will make it to the Big Dance (UW-Milwaukee answered the call)? Will UW-Green Bay get the nod with its Horizon League regular-season title despite losing to the Panthers last weekend in their tournament? Can Marquette somehow run the tables in the Big East tournament? (We don't think so).

NFL free agency started this week, too. We looked at the Packers signing cornerback Sam Shields -- did they pay the former Miami defensive back too much or too little?

We then dig into the Badgers' loss at Nebraska. Despite being the No. 2 seed in the Big Ten tournament, do they have a No.  seed in the NCAA tournament sealed up? Will they get to play with some home-court advantage in Milwaukee?

Plus we touch on Badgers hockey (both men's and women's) as they prepare for their respective tournaments.

Don't miss our show this upcoming Sunday, currently slated for 8 p.m. CT, for our March Madness special. We will be breaking down the brackets -- will Wisconsin play in Milwaukee, and how far can the Badgers go? We'll also play our recent conversations with former Badgers James White and Jacob Pedersen as they prepare for the NFL Draft. I repeat, do not miss this big special!
