Dobry wieczor all! ("Good evening!" in Polish)
Click the link below to listen to some great Badgers sports talk:
The first half-hour discussion is devoted to week one in Wisconsin Badgers fall camp, what to look for in tomorrow's scrimmage and some audio from safeties Dezmen Southward, Michael Trotter and Leo Musso, along with safeties coach Bill Busch and cornerbacks coach Ben Strickland. Must listens for some interesting nuggets about different schemes derived from defensive coordinator Dave Aranda's 3-4 defense; that, and hearing the safeties' growing admiration for coach Busch.
The sky is not falling, Green Bay Packers fans, as I rewind the Packers-Cardinals game. Injuries are worrisome, but bad play can be corrected. I also look around the league at former Badgers playing in the NFL. I dissect only a few former Wisconsin alums, from Montee Ball and his Denver Broncos taking on Scott Tolzien and his San Francisco 49ers, as well as former defensive back Marcus Cromartie's performance for the San Diego Chargers against Russell Wilson and his Seattle Seahawks (which include former UW players O'Brien Schofield, Chris Maragos and John Moffitt).
Lastly, Scott jumps on shortly to talk some MLB playoffs. Who's contending, who we think's out of it and what could happen in the playoffs.
Make sure you follow us @KielbasaKingsWI, @B5Q_KKSE_Kuba, @ScottWisniewsk2 on Twitter and of course, do not forget to follow Bucky's 5th Quarter's Twitter handle, @B5Q.
Next week will bring more Badgers and Packers talk. By that time, less than two weeks until the season opener. Are you ready for some football?
