The Wisconsin Badgers are facing more transfer portal news, as defensive end Tommy Brunner is entering the portal, he announced on Friday.
Brunner, a redshirt senior, will have one year of eligibility remaining.
A rising sixth-year senior, Brunner has played in two games with the Badgers and will be moving forward for his last season of college football.
The Badgers have lost several defensive linemen this offseason, as rotational pieces Rodas Johnson and Darian Varner have both entered the transfer portal.

A native of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Brunner was a two-star recruit in the Class of 2019.
Brunner has a brother, Joe, who currently is an offensive lineman on the team, and could be a potential starter in 2023.
The Badgers have looked to the transfer portal to address the defensive line , offering several players, but they’ve yet to land a target yet at the position.
