Wisconsin Badgers vs. Arizona Wildcats: Game Thread

The Badgers have a tough task on the road against the No. 1 team in the country.

The Wisconsin Badgers are set to face off against the No. 1 Arizona Wildcats on Saturday, currently riding a six-game win streak with victories over Robert Morris, Western Illinois, SMU, Virginia, Marquette, and Michigan State.

Those wins have led the Badgers to a 7-2 record, which they’ll look to improve on Saturday against Arizona, with tipoff scheduled for 2:15 P.M. CT on ESPN.

Arizona, standing at 7-0, have climbed to the No. 1 team in the country, beating teams like Duke and Michigan State along the way.

The Wildcats have scored 93.3 points a game, good for third in the NCAA. Moreover, they have rebounded at a high level, ranking fourth at 47.1 a game, and moved the ball well, averaging 21 assists a game, which is also fourth in the country.

In Saturday’s game, the Badgers are seen as 10-point underdogs, with the over/under set at 142.5 points.

Going into the tough three-game stretch, I predicted the Badgers to go 1-2, beating Michigan State, while losing to Marquette and Arizona.

Obviously, the Badgers pulled out a huge victory over Marquette and they continued the fireworks with a win over Michigan State.

Unfortunately, I don’t see Wisconsin beating Arizona, but I do envision it’ll be closer than the ten-point spread that is currently out there.

Prediction: Wisconsin +10
