The NCAA Tournament is finally here. Earning a No. 1 regional seed and the No. 3 overall seed in the tournament, the Wisconsin Badgers are set to host the Jackson State Tigers in the first round on Thursday, with the match set to start at 7:30 P.M. CT.

The Badgers finished out the season strong, sweeping both the No. 1 Nebraska Cornhuskers and the Iowa Hawkeyes heading into the tournament.

The win over Nebraska was enough to catapult the Badgers from No. 5 to No. 3 on Selection Sunday, earning them a No. 1 seed and home-court advantage through the regional section of the tournament.

To kick things off the Badgers, standing at 26-3, will face off against Jackson State, who finished the year 17-12, including 10-6 in conference play.

Jackson State had a strong run in the SWAC Tournament, beating Alabama A&M in the No. 4 vs. No. 5 matchup before beating No. 1 Alabama State and then Florida A&M in the Championship to advance to the NCAA Tournament.

The Badgers will look to beat Jackson State on Thursday, with the hopes of facing Miami, who beat No. 8 seed Northern Iowa, on Friday at the UW Field House.

Can the Badgers get the victory on Thursday?
