The No. 18 Wisconsin Badgers (1-1 overall, 0-1 Big Ten) take on the No. 12 Notre Dame Fighting Irish (3-0 overall) in Chicago on Saturday afternoon and the Badgers have released the depth chart for the game. BadgerBlitz’s Jake Kocorowski was at the press conference on Monday morning and has the depth chart for us below.

As he notes, and what everyone was waiting to see, star ILB Leo Chenal, who has missed the first two games of the season due to COVID-19 protocols, is back with the first team. Starting CB Faion Hicks and S Collin Wilder, who both missed the Eastern Michigan game, are also back in the starting lineup although they are designated as “questionable” on the preliminary status report.
Other players who were unavailable for the game against Eastern Michigan were:
- CB Deron Harrell
- OLB Aaron Witt
- S Tyler Mais
And the players who are out for the season are:
- CB Al Ashford III, right arm
- TE Cole Dakovich, left leg
- LS Duncan McKinley, left leg
Again per Kocorowski, here is the updated preliminary status report:

For those who can’t read the embedded tweet, ILB Jordan Turner is already listed as “out” for the game and TE Jack Eschenbach is listed as “questionable.” Mais is still on the list while Witt and Harrell are not.
