Apparently a week of not having the Wisconsin Badgers football team on tv was just too much for everyone to handle. Late on Saturday night, ESPN tweeted out that their traveling college football pregame show, College GameDay, would be coming to Chicago for the midwest showdown between Wisconsin and Notre dame.

That wouldn’t be a crazy announcement, as it is undoubtedly the best game of Week 4, but there is one minor detail that I forgot to mention: FOX’s traveling pregame show Big Noon Kickoff is ALSO scheduled to be in Chicago to cover the game between Wisconsin and Notre Dame.
Now, that must mean that next Saturday...the Wisconsin Badgers are one of the most important college football teams ever, right? The two shows being at the same game has only ever happened once before (On Nov. 23, 2019, both shows scheduled an on-location edition from Columbus, Ohio for the Ohio State/Penn State game) in the entire history of the earth.
Just think about all of the star power that will be outside of Soldier Field next Saturday! Lee Corso, Kirk Herbstreit, Bob Stoops, Reggie Bush, Matt Leinart, “The Bear” Chris Fallica, Desmond Howard...and I suppose Brady Quinn and David Pollack will be there too. Those are some heavy hitters!

Needless to say, there should be plenty of media coverage of Wisconsin vs. Notre Dame in the lead up to Saturday and we can’t wait to add to it!
