Wisconsin men’s basketball: early look at North Carolina

The Badgers and the Tar Heels have some limited history in the NCAA Tournament, but they’ve been important games.

On Sunday evening, it was revealed that the No. 9 seed Wisconsin Badgers would be taking on the No. 8 seed North Carolina Tar Heels in the first round of the NCAA Tournament this year. This has been a down year for both teams who have been used to being ranked at the end of the season and also earning a better seed, but here we are.
