SB Nation Reacts: Nick Herbig or Leo Chenal...who are you riding with? [UPDATED WITH RESULTS]

Maybe the most impossible question we’ve ever asked is in this week’s Reacts post!

Welcome to SB Nation Reacts, a survey of fans across the NCAA. Each week, we send out questions to the most plugged-in Wisconsin Badgers fans and fans across the country. Sign up here to join Reacts.

This week we have maybe the toughest question we’ve ever asked. It involves deciding between our two Large Adult Pass Rushing Sons, Leo Chenal and Nick Herbig, and I’ve never been more torn. Let’s do a little Tale of the Tape for these two sack masters to help you decide.

  • Nick Herbig has 6.0 sacks for a loss of 32 yards and eight tackles for loss this season. He also has an additional quarterback hit and has forced one fumble.
  • Leo Chenal has 5.5 sacks for a loss of 46 yards and 11.5 tackles for loss this season. Chenal has two QB hits and has forced two fumbles.

I wonder if Herbig would like to take this tweet back once he sees the poll we’re running?

If the Badgers win their last four games of the season, they will win the Big Ten West. There are even paths for them to win the division with only three wins in their last four games, but let’s not concern ourselves with those for the time being. Do you think Wisconsin is going to win the Big Ten West?

Vote right here and we’ll have the results for you before the game against Rutgers on Saturday!

And here are the results, which are kind of surprising to me in how big of a gap there was in the Chenal/Herbig vote. A full three quarters of you think Leo Chenal is the man for the job and, well, I won’t disagree I just thought it would be closer.

As far as how people think the race for the Big Ten West title is going to play out...this was a little more predictable. Nine out of 10 of us think that the Badgers will be representing the Best Division In College Football in Indianapolis this year. I’ll say it would be pretty fun to go up to Minneapolis and beat the Gophers in another division-deciding game this year.
