UW has never played Army in football before, but the two teams have an awful lot in common when you look at offensive philosophies. They get there with different styles, but each team wants to run the ball and control the clock until the opposing team’s defense gets tired and breaks.
The Badgers are No. 4 in the country in time of possession while the Black Knights are No. 1. Army is No. 2 in rushing offense while Wisconsin is No. 30. Both teams also happen to be in the top-three nationally in rushing defense. It’ll be a real strength on strength situation at Camp Randall on Saturday night.
So, let us know who you think is going to win these battles and then also who will win the war. We’ll have results for you before the game kicks off on Saturday.

UPDATE, Friday 10/15/21, 7:46 p.m. CT: here are the results of the poll
1) Who will rush for more yards?
2) Which team will win the time of possession?
3) Who will win?
I guess it probably shouldn’t be much of a surprise that a blog populated by Wisconsin fans thinks that Wisconsin is going to do better than their opponent...but still, pretty overwhelming.
