On today’s episode of Bucky’s 5th Podcast we dive right into the major news of the day surrounding the Wisconsin football roster changes. We first touch on the news surrounding safety Reggie Pearson who was not cleared to play due to medical reasons. After that we discuss the surprise addition of Jon Dietzen, and what he might bring to the Wisconsin offensive line in his sixth season. Rounding out that part of the conversation we touch on the position switch by Jaylan Franklin from outside linebacker to tight end. Each change is significant, and we break down what it might mean for each position in our conversation.

After talking roster shake up we recap Paul Chryst’s press conference from Wednesday afternoon and discuss any notable talking points. To round out our show we talk some returner profiles for long snapper Adam Bay, cornerback Alexander Smith, and wideout Taj Mustapha. We’ll be back with you guys next week, and we hope you enjoy today’s episode!
