Jack Coan does it again.
The senior signal caller for the Wisconsin Badgers earned another preseason honor, as one of 90 players from across the country to make the Maxwell Award watch list.
Watch list #2 for our guy!

The Maxwell Award is given out annually to the top FBS college football player. Last year’s winner was Joe Burrow of LSU, and Wisconsin Badgers running back Jonathan Taylor was a watch list member the past two seasons.
In addition to Coan, there were many honorees across the Big Ten as the conference had 15 total players on the list. Indiana (!!) led the way with three players, while Minnesota, Penn State and Ohio State had two each. You can see the entire list below:

Jack Coan returns to Wisconsin as the presumptive favorite to be QB1 and run the offense after throwing for 2727 yards through the air, 18 touchdowns and nearly a 70% completion percentage last season.
