Recruiting is the lifeblood of any major college athletics team, but following it closely as a fan can sometimes be difficult and can often be time consuming. We’ll try and condense all the recruiting news you can use into this bi-weekly (or more often since we are in Uncertain Times and there aren’t actual sports going on) post. It’ll include updates on current commits, including stats from their high school games, as well as news on players the Badgers are still pursuing. Let’s get down to business!
A good decommitment
- 2021 3-star WR Joseph Manjack (Tomball, Texas) out of Memorial High School announced on Sunday that he was reopening his recruitment and decommitting from SMU.

Per internet tradition, we quote retweeted it with a number of eye emojis and Manjack liked our tweet. What does it mean??? Well, probably nothing but it could mean everything! He’s also been following a number of Wisconsin recruiting accounts recently and he liked a lot of the replies to his original tweet that suggested he attend Wisconsin now.
We’ll keep you posted if any other info comes out about which way Manjack is leaning.
New cut down list
- 2021 3-star wing James Graham (Milwaukee) out of Nicolet High School tweeted a cryptic “Monday eyeball emoji x2” on Sunday morning and instantly had people thinking a commitment announcement was coming.

However, after cooler heads prevailed it would appear that he is just announcing a cut down list which will probably include in Wisconsin despite the Badgers offering relatively recently.
We’ll have a post on Monday detailing what Graham decides.
