On Monday afternoon at 1 p.m. CST, 3-star CB Ricardo Hallman (Ft. Lauderdale, Fla.) out of University School is set to announce his college choice. Hallman has been at the top of the board for the Wisconsin Badgers for some time and all of the 247Sports Crystal Balls currently have him picking UW.
BIG ANNOUNCEMENT TOMORROW 2PM EST...

Hallman is rated as the No. 585 player in the country, No. 44 CB and No. 85 player in the state of Florida according to the 247Sports Composite rating. Arkansas, Ole Miss, Penn State and Iowa State are the other schools he’s heavily considering besides the Badgers. He also has offers from Baylor, Miami (Fla.) and Michigan.
B5Q noted when he was offered back in January that: “He clearly has a nose for the ball and in the second highlight he shows a willingness to go up and lay the lumber on a pass catcher in the flat. Florida is a state known for producing high end defensive back talent and Jim Leonhard was smart to offer Hallman early.”
He would be Wisconsin’s fifteenth recruit in the 2021 class and the first of, most likely, two cornerbacks taken by Jim Leonhard and the Badgers. We will be sure to update you on Twitter and here on the site after his announcement is made.
