The Wisconsin Badgers have ratcheted up their recruiting over the past week, and the dominoes could be falling here soon.
After securing a verbal commitment from 4-star TE Jack Pugh on Memorial Day, the Badgers appear to be back in business again only three days later.
After some recent rumblings on the recruiting front over the past few days, the Wisconsin football recruiting staff took to Twitter to highlight a pair of new commitments are on the board, and their announcements are likely imminent.

With excitement mounting, let’s breakdown some potential players that could be on commit watch:
Wisconsin Virtual Visit Was I love it ! #Gobadgers ⚪️ @jimleonhard @CoachKhalif @CoachAprilUW @MikeCarensUW @BadgerFootball pic.twitter.com/ciqJmtFz0S
— Ricardo Hallman (@ricardohallman6) May 28, 2020
Ricardo Hallman, a 3-star cornerback out of Florida would be a strong possibility after recently wrapping up a virtual visit with the Wisconsin coaching staff. He would seem to be one of the more likely candidates at this point.
Top 5!! #GoDucks #GoVol #OnWisconsin #WarEagle #FightOn pic.twitter.com/oIVFAc27gg
— Terrance Ferguson (@Tf3four) May 22, 2020
Terrance Ferguson recently dropped his top-five a few days ago, but two of his top schools (Wisconsin and Oregon) each just picked up a tight end commitment. He has not hinted at making a choice so early, but he might want to secure his spot in a class.
Congrats brotha!!! https://t.co/nu03AcVFvl
— TJ Bollers (@tj35ballin) May 25, 2020
TJ Bollers, a 4-star edge player is another potential player to keep an eye on. He recently picked up an offer from Notre Dame, but he was expected to choose his future landing spot in the coming weeks.
My guy https://t.co/Bn0mNgLjb1
— Darryl Peterson (@_DPETERSON10) May 23, 2020
Another player that has been trending Wisconsin’s way is Darryl Peterson. Already part of the 2021 commit group chat, he has talked of pairing up with Bollers in college.
By any means @haydenrucci pic.twitter.com/KqnAAxM0Vg
— Nolan Rucci (@nolanrucci) May 11, 2020
Nolan Rucci would be an absolute coup for the Badgers. A 5-star offensive lineman, he is the brother of Hayden Rucci, a tight end currently on the team. Wisconsin has always been a strong possibility for him. Could the recent extension of the dead period tipped the scales?
Blessed to receive an offer from The University of Wisconsin! #GoBagders @UWcoachnokes @CoachTurnerUW @CoachJoeRudolph @CoachAprilUW @SHSrenegadesFB @Beastupacademy pic.twitter.com/I71v2cUTZY

Defensive lineman Mike Jarvis has yet to visit campus in person, but he is a top of the board prospect for Inoke Breckterfield.
Top 7‼️ (not in any particular order) #blessed pic.twitter.com/orpwAShJjk
— Robert Regan Jr (RJ) (@RobRegJR1) April 15, 2020
Another three-star cornerback, Robert (RJ) Regan is another player that has been high on the Badgers for a while. He was expected to choose his future school in September around his birthday, but maybe his timeline shifted recently.
Probably not great news if you wanted Rosemount's Jake Ratzlaff to remain a @GopherHockey commit instead of choosing between Minnesota and Wisconsin for football. https://t.co/hKIj8OabQX
— The Daily Gopher (@TheDailyGopher) May 26, 2020
Another random name that could pop out of nowhere is Jake Ratzlaff. He is currently committed to Minnesota to play hockey, but he is a fantastic football player as well. With uncertainty around his stock in hockey, maybe he chose a different path on the gridiron with the Badgers, a team that he has consistently thought highly of.
Now it is just a waiting period for official announcements from the prospects...
