Former Wisconsin Badgers center Tyler Biadasz will be sporting a new number when he suits up for the Dallas Cowboys this year. The Cowboys announced all of their new draft picks’ numbers on Twitter and their website on Thursday and Biadasz will be wearing No. 63 now.

Biadasz wore No. 61 throughout his college career in Madison, a number which is already in use in Dallas. Adam Redmond is a third year center/guard out of Harvard who is probably smart enough to know that he’s got a great number and won’t give it up any time soon. Sadly, No. 69 is also in use already, so the “lulz” aren’t even in play for Biadasz’s new jersey.
One nice tribute would’ve been to give Biadasz No. 72, the number former Cowboys and Badgers center Travis Frederick wore before he retired this offseason, but alas some ideas are too beautiful for this world.
