The No. 25 Wisconsin Badgers (2-2 overall) will travel to Iowa City on Saturday to take on the No. 19 Iowa Hawkeyes (5-2 overall) and kick time is set for 2:30 p.m. CST. The TV station hasn’t been decided on yet but FS1 looks like a prime option with ESPN and BTN already having Big Ten games in the same time slot.

With Northwestern already clinching the Big Ten West title the only things Wisconsin has left to play for are pride and the Heartland Trophy, which the Badgers and Hawkeyes battle for annually. Wisconsin has beaten Iowa four straight times and six out of the last seven. In fact, the Badgers haven’t lost in Iowa City since 2008 and the Badgers hold a 48-43-2 edge over Iowa in the overall series.

Opening lines for Week 15, or Week 8 if you play in the Big Ten, came out on Sunday as well and per Circa Sports the Badgers are one point underdogs entering their game against the Hawkeyes. The over/under is set at 42.5 and having watched the last Wisconsin games I would bang the under with every penny to my name.

Tyler will obviously have much more on the gambling implications of this game later in the week, but if you want to get some early action going I’d take a look at ::record scratch:: OHIO STATE IS 30 POINT FAVORITES OVER MICHIGAN?!?! HOLY SHIT! That has to be a record point spread for The Game, right?
Anywho, this farce of a season will be over soon and that is something for which we can all truly be thankful.
