Another day, another preseason award for Wisconsin running back Jonathan Taylor. Thursday morning, the Big Ten Conference announced its 2019 preseason honors, and to no surprise the star running back was on the list of 10 individuals.
The list is comprised of five players from each of the two Big Ten football divisions, with each of the 10 members being former All-Big Ten selections.

This is actually the second year in a row that Taylor has garnered the award after running through the conference the past two seasons on his way to amass a total of 4,171 rushing yards and 29 touchdowns combined.
The hype train is chugging along for the Doak Walker winner from last season, who could become only the seventh player in FBS history to rush for over 6,000 career yards if he continues at his present pace. Taylor, however, would be the only running back of that illustrious group including Ron Dayne, Tony Dorsett, and Ricky Williams, to do it in only three seasons.
Taylor will be representing Wisconsin over the next two days at Big Ten media days, and B5Q will catch up with him there tomorrow when he is available to the media.
