The Wisconsin Badgers men’s basketball team received some excellent news on Saturday evening when twin brothers Jordan and Johnathan Davis (La Crosse Central) verbally committed to join the 2020 recruiting class.
The natives of Wisconsin announced with the help of their AAU team.

Jonathan is high 3-star shooting guard that is rated as the 141st best player in the country by 247Sports and 127th by Rivals and Jordan is unranked by 247Sports and a 3-star prospect by Rivals.
Jonathan had offers from Iowa, Marquette, Minnesota, UW-Green Bay, UW-Milwaukee, UNLV, West Virginia and DePaul while Jordan held offers from UW-Green Bay, UW-Milwaukee and UNLV.
The Davis brothers join Detroit point guard Lorne Bowman in the, suddenly pretty solid, 2020 class. I know you may not all have been reading B5Q when Phil Mitten was around regularly, but he still pops up every now and then to update on Wisconsin basketball recruiting and his scholarship database is necessary if you’re a Badgers fan. You’ll note that the Badgers still have room for, say, a Jalen Johnson in their 2020 class.
STRANGER THINGS HAVE HAPPENED, YOU GUYS!
Based on the new class recruiting rankings, Wisconsin has moved up to No. 8 overall in 247Sports’ rankings ahead of Duke, UNC, Michigan, Michigan State and Marquette yet somehow behind Nebraska while the Badgers sit at No. 11 in the Rivals rankings also still behind basketball powerhouse Nebraska.
