Exciting newcomer: Te’Jon Lucas, junior, guard, from Milwaukee, Wisconsin. After playing as a freshman and sophomore at Illinois, Lucas decided to transfer to the Panthers to be closer to home. The junior guard is a great defender and is very skilled. He should see the floor immediately for UW-Milwaukee, and he will definitely elevate the talent level of the team.
Start your Wednesday off right!

Take some time to read this amazing feature story on Te'Jon Lucas, written by @garydamatogolf ...

Date of game: Saturday, December 21st, 4pm
Location: Kohl Center, Madison, Wisconsin
Preview: Te’Jon Lucas should be a big boost for the Panther team. Pair him with seniors Darius Roy and DeAndre Abram, and UW-Milwaukee should be better. Last season was a nightmare for head coach Pat Baldwin, but the team is a year older and has added another veteran guard.

The Panthers are projected to finish seventh in the Horizon League according to preseason polls. After only winning four games a year ago there is nowhere to go but up. I would not be surprised to see UW-Milwaukee finish higher in the conference race due to some more experience, but I still don’t see them being much of a challenge for Wisconsin.
Prediction: Wisconsin 81 - 64
