The No. 6 Wisconsin Badgers (6-0 overall, 3-0 B1G) pummeled the Michigan State Spartans (4-3 overall, 2-2 B1G) this past Saturday, but had a few key reserves out with head injuries. Moving on to this coming Saturday’s game against the Illinois Fighting Illini, the Badgers have three players listed as questionable for this weekend’s game.

Freshman ILB Leo Chenal and junior FB Mason Stokke are listed as questionable for the second straight week. Junior WR/PR Jack Dunn is the new addition to the injury report, which makes sense since he left the Michigan State game after getting walloped on his first punt return.

As far as the depth chart is concerned, there aren’t too many changes from last week. Chenal and Stokke are still listed in their backup positions and Dunn is still listed as the primary punt returner.
I’d imagine we will still see a lot of Danny Davis III back there to return punts since head injuries can be tricky and an abundance of caution should be exercised. Also, if we are being honest, the starters probably won’t be needed for the entire game against the Illini, so might as well get Dunn some rest.
