Wisconsin moves up in Amway Coaches Poll, AP Top 25

After a big win on the road against the Iowa Hawkeyes, the Wisconsin Badgers moved up three spots in both the AP Top 25 and Amway Coaches Poll that were released on Sunday.

In the AP Top 25, Wisconsin (3–1, 1–0 Big Ten) edged upward from No. 18 to No. 15. Ohio State (No. 4, unchanged) and Penn State (No. 9, up one spot) remain in the top 10, with Michigan (No. 14, up five), UW, and Michigan State (No. 21, up three) the remaining Big Ten programs In the poll.

For the coaches poll, the Badgers pop up to No. 13 from No. 16. Again, the Buckeyes (No. 4) and Nittany Lions (No. 9) remain unchanged in their positions. The Wolverines and Spartans jet up several spots each to Nos. 15 and 18, respectively.

Wisconsin has a bye week before entertaining Scott Frost and Nebraska at home on Oct. 6.
