Though there was some bad news this week with wide receiver Nolan Groulx reopening his recruitment process and decommitting from Wisconsin on Wednesday, it appears Washington, D.C. (Gonzaga) athlete Dean Engram has set up an official visit.

According to 247Sports’ profile of Engram, he will officially visit Wisconsin on June 1st. Badger247’s Evan Flood has more seen here ($).

Engram, rated a three-star prospect by 247Sports, ESPN and Rivals, unofficially visited Wisconsin back on March 17. On that same day, it appeared current 2019 verbal commits Hayden Rucci and Julius Davis were also in Madison as well.

247Sports notes Engram as a wide receiver and cornerback, with both ESPN and Rivals designating him as an athlete. Rivals lists offers from Wisconsin, Penn State, Virginia Tech, Missouri, N.C. State, and Boston College, among others.

Flint, Mich., defensive end Michael Fletcher, according to his tweet last month, will also officially visit Madison that weekend as well.

Engram is the son of former Penn State and NFL player Bobby Engram, who is currently the wide receivers coach for the Baltimore Ravens.

Wisconsin offers 2019 OL Jake Hornibrook

Could the younger brother of current Wisconsin starting quarterback Alex Hornibrook join him in Madison?

2019 offensive lineman Jake Hornibrook announced on Twitter that he was offered by the Badgers on Thursday afternoon.

The younger Hornibrook is a three-star recruit by 247Sports (both composite and standalone rankings), a two-star prospect by Rivals.

Since April 25, Hornibrook has received offers from Wisconsin, Nebraska, Tennessee and Clemson. 247Sports’s profile of the prep lineman notes 25 offers in total, including Minnesota, Northwestern, Duke, Maryland, Oregon and Stanford.
