Former Wisconsin Badgers standout Nigel Hayes reportedly finds yet another NBA home—this time for more than a 10-day contract.

ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski reported on Friday night that according to a source, Hayes will sign with the Sacramento Kings for the remainder of the 2017-18 season as well as the 2018-19 season.

Earlier this month, Hayes signed a 10-day contract with the Toronto Raptors, as well as another contract of that duration with the NBA Eastern Conference’s current No. 1 seed before being released by the organization on March 26.

Hayes played in two games for Toronto, averaging three points per game in 3.1 minutes. He also saw action in five games for its G-League affiliate, Raptors 905, averaging 7.4 points, 1.4 rebounds and 1.6 assists per contest.

As previously noted earlier this month, the former Wisconsin forward previously signed with the Los Angeles Lakers on Jan. 19 on a 10-day contract. He played in two games, averaging 5.4 minutes, 1.5 points, and one assist.

In 43 games overall in the G-League this season, mostly with the Westchester Knicks, Hayes averaged 15 points, six rebounds, and 2.1 assists per game while shooting 42.3 percent from three-point range and 44.2 percent overall from the field.
