Bucky’s 5th Podcast returns with yet another weekly episode. We lament our brackets being busted and chat with some Wisconsin players after Thursday’s spring practice.

Here’s the breakdown:

[00:00-20:00] Drew Hamm returns with the “The B1G Roast” and tries to understand why only five of his Sweet 16 teams are left in the NCAA Tournament. March Madness indeed!

[21:16-27:47] Chatting with reporters on Thursday, outside linebacker Zack Baun discusses his season-ending left foot injury last year and working his way back to be a contributor for the 2018 season.

[28:39-33:30] Andrew Van Ginkel speaks with B5Q about being the senior in the outside linebackers group and taking on a leadership role. Like Baun, he tells us how Arrington Farrar and Paul Jackson are adjusting to their new positions, along with the differences between new outside linebackers coach Bobby April and the departed Tim Tibesar.

[34:30-end of the show] Nose tackle Olive Sagapolu is now one of the leaders on the defensive line, and he spoke with B5Q about working on the finer details of the position, true freshman Bryson Williams being as “strong as an ox,” along with other defensive linemen in the mix this season.
