National Signing Day is less than a week away, but it appears the Wisconsin Badgers will have a chance to impress one more prep standout before Feb. 7.
According to both 247Sports and Rivals, 2018 cornerback Rachad Wildgoose, Jr. will be visiting Wisconsin this weekend. Rivals states the Miami, Fla. (Northwestern) defensive back will start his visit on Friday, while 247Sports notes it will be on Feb. 3. B5Q has reached out to the South Florida native for confirmation.
Both recruiting services state in their profiles that Wildgoose has visited the likes of Pitt, UCF, and NC State since Jan. 24 after previously decommitting from Georgia back on Jan. 14 and Rutgers previously in May 2017.
According to 247Sports, the cornerback has also received offers from Alabama, Auburn, Nebraska, Florida, and Purdue, among others.
Wildgoose, Jr. is rated as a three-star recruit by 247Sports, ESPN, and Rivals. All list him as a cornerback, with 247Sports also denoting him as a safety.
