Wisconsin released its updated injury report on Thursday with three main contributors on offense still questionable for Saturday’s match-up against Purdue.
Running back Taiwan Deal (right leg), right tackle David Edwards (left arm) and quarterback Alex Hornibrook (head) all remain questionable for the Badgers’ Big Ten West division contest in West Lafayette (2:30 p.m., BTN).
During his normal Thursday availability, Wisconsin head coach Paul Chryst said Hornibrook is still in concussion protocol. The Wisconsin State Journal’s Jason Galloway reported that the southpaw quarterback “participated in practice” on Tuesday and was throwing after Thursday’s session.
Reserve fullback Mason Stokke (left leg) remains questionable as well, while true freshman cornerback Travian Blaylock was taken off the Thursday injury report after initially being listed with that designated on Monday.
