The No. 6 Wisconsin Badgers volleyball squad snared a big road win on Wednesday night, knocking off No. 7 Illinois in Champaign.
The Badgers (11-2, 4-1 Big Ten) overcame the loss of the first set and deficits in sets two and three to knock-off the Illini 21-25, 25-21, 25-23 and 25-18. Televised on BTN, this was Wisconsin’s second-straight win over a Top 25 conference opponent.
Sophomore middle blocker Dana Rettke had a big night, hitting .526 with a career-high 23 kills. Outside hitter Madison Duello hit .440 with 12 kills. Senior middle blocker Tionna Williams led the way with five blocks, while sophomore setter Sydney Hilley recorded 49 assists.

The Badgers will play their fourth-straight road match Saturday, traveling to Iowa to take on the Hawkeyes. The match starts at 7:00 p.m. CT and will be available on radio at 100.9 FM and the iHeart radio app.
