The Wisconsin Badgers’ 2018 season doesn't start with the first game vs. Western Kentucky on Aug. 31, or the start of fall camp in late summer, or during spring practices just a couple of months away.
It started Monday, as Wisconsin began its winter conditioning program. UW released some pictures and a video on Tuesday via Twitter, as players were sporting Under Armour shirts with the slogan, “Nobody Cares, Work Harder.”
The video starts with highlights of Wisconsin’s 34–24 Orange Bowl win, then juxtaposes those warm, fuzzy feelings with an alarm sounding off in the dark and Doak Walker Award finalist Jonathan Taylor getting ready. He looks at the camera and states the Badgers’ apparent catch phrase before heading out of the room, which leads to the montage of players running sprints and lifting weights.
