Let’s take a look at Wisconsin football photo shoot day

Is it football season yet?

The Wisconsin Badgers start fall camp in late July, but while we await practices, Family Fun Day, and all that comes with the return of college football, the team is already suited up for the season.

Well, sort of.

Wisconsin football’s Twitter and Instagram accounts shared on Tuesday some images from what appears to be the team’s photo shoot day.

Fans can find more photos and videos on Wisconsin football’s Instagram page—be sure to check out the Instagram story on your phone to see redshirt junior running back Taiwan Deal back in uniform after being out this spring.

Maybe the best post, or at least the funniest, is strong safety D’Cota Dixon’s attempt at an intense growl while looking into the camera.

FAKE CAPTION CONTEST: “Yeah, you know, I have a photo shoot in Monaco on Thursday. The people love linemen who rock the ‘Blue Steel.’” – redshirt junior offensive lineman Michael Deiter, probably.

Cornerbacks Derrick Tindal (No. 25) and Nick Nelson (No. 11) could be all-conference performers in 2017, and both appear to be repping the no-sleeve hoodies Sojourn Shelton wore last year.

An embarrassment of riches at inside linebacker, we tell ya. Position coach Bob Bostad should have a field day with these talented players—all who have started at some point for the Badgers over the past two seasons.

With Chris Orr also having a new number (No. 54), it appears true sophomore wide receiver A.J. Taylor will switch from No. 84 to No. 4.

Speaking of all-conference players, redshirt junior Chris James (No. 5) and redshirt sophomore Bradrick Shaw (No. 7) could be the next dynamic duo of Wisconsin running backs.
