VERONA, WIS. — Several former Wisconsin Badgers greats collided on the links at University Ridge Golf Course on Tuesday for the annual Legends of Wisconsin Classic.
B5Q had the opportunity to chat with five former standouts who contributed to many successful memories in Wisconsin athletics history. They include the likes of Rose Bowl-winning quarterback and UW Athletics Class of 2017 inductee Brooks Bollinger, along with current NFL players Travis Frederick, Alex Erickson, and Ryan Groy.
Check out the videos for portions of their interviews. Bollinger recalls numerous fond memories from his playing days, while Erickson shares how he is preparing to face competition in a crowded Cincinnati Bengals wide receivers room.
Plus, how can you not check in with every Badger fan’s favorite “Polar Bear,” Brian Butch?
