Podcast: Wisconsin football spring game preview, players to watch

The Wisconsin Badgers will participate in their annual spring game on Friday night inside Camp Randall Stadium. Though a glorified practice with scrimmage elements rolled in, this event (6:30 p.m. CST, Big Ten Network) should excite fans who haven’t seen their team since UW’s 24-16 win over Western Michigan in the Goodyear Cotton Bowl Classic.

BadgerBlitz.com’s John Veldhuis joined the show on Wednesday night (17:40) to look at which players fans should look out for, including the likes of running back Chris James, cornerback Nick Nelson and wide receiver Quintez Cephus.

Earlier in the show, we looked at the Milwaukee Bucks’ intriguing NBA playoff series against the Toronto Raptors with ESPN Milwaukee’s Eric Nehm. Great insight for this match-up that now heads back to the Bradley Center on Thursday.
