You knew Frank Kaminsky would say something.
After the NCAA tournament selection committee tossed a No. 8 seed the Wisconsin Badgers’ way Sunday evening, Wisconsin Twitter was a flutter. An 8 seed, really? For the Big Ten tournament runner-up? Yep.
As the chorus was rising, Kaminsky, the former Badgers star and current Charlotte Hornets big man, threw his own reactions into the mix. It’s safe to say he spoke for quite a few Wisconsin fans out there.
An 8 seed? Wth is that??

AND MINNESOTA GETS A 5 SEED?? HAHAHAHA....

Submitting my formal application to be on the selection committee... because apparently you don't even have to watch basketball to be on it

SERIOUSLY, though. Look at this overall seeding:

Minnesota at No. 18, two spots behind Big Ten leader Purdue and 11 ahead of Wisconsin?
Whatever. A rational mind realizes this is a pretty tough job bound to sufficiently satisfy nobody. The regular sports fan doesn’t give a crap.
While we’re at it, here were some of the great reactions on Twitter we came across after the bracket came down:
@B5Q way more about Minnesota at 18 than about Wisconsin at 29

@B5Q Not hate...just a bunch of ADs with agendas that don't watch games and rely on stats.

@B5Q Once again the Tournament committee skipped watching the Big Ten.
