Taylor was Wisconsin’s 15th commitment for 2017. He flipped to Wisconsin from Rutgers after visiting for the Ohio State game.

B5Q’s Andrew Rosin wrote in his article about Taylor committing:

The laser-timed 4.42-second 40-yard dash. Multiple state titles on the track. An ability to run with balance and power that allows him to break tackles and break away once he gets to the second level. He’s also been learning how to cut once and go, because when he goes, it always has the potential to be special.

Taylor held offers from Rutgers, Army, Boston College, Temple and Virginia Tech.
