2018 Early Signing Period: WR A.J. Abbott signs with Wisconsin

The future of Wisconsin’s receiving threats continues to brighten with the addition of A.J. Abbott. Abbott’s sub-4.5 speed and tall frame, combined with his big-play ability, could make him a special player in this 2018 recruiting class.

Abbott announced his commitment on June 23rd via twitter. He is one of five Michigan prep standouts to sign early for the Badgers in the 2018 recruiting class.

According to 247 Sports, Abbott held offers from Iowa, Michigan State, Minnesota, and nine other schools.
