OL Jon Dietzen, Micah Kapoi among Wisconsin players questionable for Purdue

The preliminary Monday injury report shows six Badgers questionable.

The No. 7 Wisconsin Badgers released their weekly preliminary injury report on Monday morning. After a hard-fought win on the road against Nebraska, six players are listed as questionable for Saturday’s game vs. Purdue.

Offensive linemen Jon Dietzen (right leg) and Micah Kapoi (right arm), both of whom have played left guard for Wisconsin, are among those designated as questionable. Others include running backs Chris James (left leg) and Taiwan Deal (right leg), safety Patrick Johnson (right arm), and kicker P.J. Rosowski (right leg).

James and Johnson both were injured during Saturday night’s win in Lincoln and were ruled out for the rest of the 38–17 victory.

With Dietzen’s injury surfacing during the game and Kapoi not available, Wisconsin redshirt sophomore Jason Erdmann saw time at left guard with the first-team offensive line on Saturday night.
