MADISON — The No. 5 Wisconsin Badgers released their preliminary Week 8 injury report on Monday as they begin preparation for the Maryland Terrapins.
Seven players are listed as questionable, headlined by wide receivers Danny Davis (left leg), Jazz Peavy (right leg), and George Rushing (left leg). Running backs Taiwan Deal (right leg) and Chris James (left leg), defensive end Isaiahh Loudermilk (left leg), and kicker P.J. Rosowski (right leg) are also questionable.
Davis and Loudermilk both were injured during Saturday’s 17–9 win at home against Purdue. Loudermilk, the 6’7, 306-pound redshirt freshman, left the game and was questionable to return.
Both Deal and Rushing have not played during Wisconsin’s 6–0 start this season.
Out for Saturday’s game are tight end Luke Benzschawel (right leg), safety Patrick Johnson (right arm), and defensive end Chikwe Obasih (left leg).
