Wisconsin Badgers verbal commit and Lakeville, Minn. (North) power forward Nathan Reuvers earned high praise from one of the recruiting services on Tuesday, as he was ranked 87th in the new ESPN top 100 rankings for the 2017 class.

The 6'10, 190-pound prospect is rated a four-star recruit by ESPN and 247Sports, and a three star recruit by Scout and Rivals. He's listed as the No. 135 player in the nation by 247Sports' composite rankings (No. 83 by the recruiting website itself).

Reuvers committed to Wisconsin on May 18, passing up on offers from other Big Ten programs such as Minnesota, Illinois, and Northwestern.

This is the first time the Badgers have landed a commit from ESPN's top 100 rankings since Nigel Hayes in 2013. Wisconsin's class of 2017 also includes highly-touted, four-star guard Kobe King from LaCrosse, Wis. (Central).
