Despite their perceived smaller class for 2017, the Wisconsin Badgers continue to grind on Monday, as Honolulu (Kamehameha), Hawaii, kicker/punter Adam Stack announced via Twitter he received an offer from the program.
According to his profile on the Chris Sailer Kicking website, Stack is a 6'2, 175-pound kicker—the No. 1-rated in the nation. The video above shows why; Stack nails a field goal from 57 yards and in, while he can also drill attempts from the intermediate distances. His leg is strong enough for kickoffs and he also can punt the ball, although the Badgers do have impressive Georgia native Anthony Lotti coming into the class of 2016.
Stack has offers from other Division I programs including Miami, Oregon and Oregon State, but he does already have a significant connection to Wisconsin: his brother, Ryan, is an impressive swimmer on UW's swimming and diving team.
